Mortgage

We finally were able to process our taxes and we’re now waiting for our refund. This is going to be exciting for all of us. We have plans and hopefully everything will fall into places smoothly and stress free. We are happy and satisfied with our tax preparer because she is so honest to us and she gave us all the possible extra refund that we can get which is really great. After our discussion about our taxes, she kind of asked us if we have plans in buying a home. She said that the mortgage rate has gone down and said we are qualified in purchasing our dream house.

We thought about it for awhile now but we kind of put it on hold because we want to focus on our priority right now which is paying-off our van. I must say that we have breathing room financially but we want to make sure that everything is well-planned before we purchase a house. I have to get a job to help my husband pay for all our bills including the insurance plan that we may have. She totally understands us, and said if we need a financial assistance to buy a home we can count on the financial services they are offering for. Cool!
